Jesus was in a large crowd of people, many of whom wanted to see Him. There was a man in Jericho, called Zacchaeus, the chief tax collector. He was very rich but tax collectors had a bad reputation for gaining money by corruption. – Slide 2February 1, 2016

A Very Short Man Luke  19:1-10
·         Everywhere Jesus went there were crowds of people.
·         In one crowd there was a very short man named Zacchaeus.
·         He wanted to see Jesus but he couldn't see over the crowd. So he climbed a tree.
·         Jesus said, ''Zacchaeus come down so we can go to your house today.''
·         Zacchaeus hurried down and took Jesus to his home.
·         Zacchaeus wanted to do good things.
·         He told Jesus that he'd give half of his money to the poor.
A Coin in a Fish Matthew 17:24-27
·         Peter one of Jesus' helpers came to tell Jesus it was
·         time for Him to pay taxes.
·         But Jesus and Peter didn't have any money.
·         Jesus knew just what to do.
·         Jesus told Peter ''So to the lake and catch a fish.
·         You will find a coin in its mouth.
·         Use that coin to pay our taxes.
