Simply stated a witness is someone who has seen something the disciples saw Jesus do all kinds of miracle. Obey the Ten commandment and that obedience and love for others will set apart from the world. When the disciples understand who Jesus is they want to tell people. God's harvest is the people of the order to be saved.
