God came down to see
the city and the tower
the people were building
It was a grand tower
but something was wrong .
The people were working
only for themselves. God
had to show them they
would always need His
help to succed. So God
gave every person a different
language. In addition,
now instead of one word
there were hundreds of different ways to say the same thing.
No one could understand anyone else.
The Towel of Babel
It was a long time after
the great flood.
There were more people
on the earth than ever
before.
They were like a big family
They all spoke the same languages. The people went east to the land of Babylon.
In addition, They had an idea
Let's make a city hero.
In the city we will build a tower
that will go up to heaven We will do it all by ourselves.
The people used bricks and day
Every day their tower grew taller and taller. God came down to see the city and the tower the people were building.
Soon it was time for the
Passover dinner Jesus and
His closest followers gathered
in a big room. Jesus stood
up took off His coat got some water in a wash bowl and wrapped a towel around His Waist. Then He started washing His followers' feet.
Jesus did this to teach His
friends they were to serve one another.

He was sold into
slavery in Egypt.
God's Promise in the Sky
After the flood the animals
scattered across the land.
The rainbow was a sign of
God's promise to care for all
life.
