Here are verses from 2 Samuel 2 Samuel 5:10 He (David) grew stronger because the Lord was with him. 2 Samuel 5:19 David asked the Lord, ''Shall I attack the Philistines give me victory?'' ''Yes attack'' the Lord answered ''I will give you victory.''
